Small – Chest: 34–36 inches
Medium – Chest: 38–40 inches
Large – Chest: 42–44 inches
XL – Chest: 46–48 inches
XXL – Chest: 50–52 inches
If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort during training.

At EmpowerFit, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If something isn’t the right fit, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

At EmpowerFit, we move with purpose—just like our training. All apparel orders are shipped using USPS Ground to provide dependable delivery across the United States.
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your gear is on the way.
For our international community pushing limits around the world, international shipping is available for an additional $10 fee applied at checkout.
